Specifically, I was guided through the process of purchasing home and auto insurance by Alex Martinez, his right-hand man. Over the years I have found that shopping for insurance, even under the best of circumstances (no claims, good credit, etc.) has been nothing short of a beating. Buying a used car is easier; oral surgery is often less painful. Nevertheless, I found Alex to be friendly, forthright, knowledgeable, and a man of his word. I would highly recommend the Mike Makara agency and specifically Alex Martinez when you’re in the market for reasonably priced, comprehensive insurance.
